Page 1 of 1 The Hyundai Accent WRC3 is a logical evolution of the WRC2, with developments focusing on improved engine specification, suspension, steering and cooling. The engine's electronic mapping is revised and all components are lighter with the aim of improving response and driveability. A new design of damper has been introduced to improve traction and overall grip levels. Revised geometry has further fine-tuned the suspension package which has already enjoyed positive results in Sweden, the second round of the 2002 FIA World Rally Championship. The steering is revised for better feel and consistency focusing on a modification of the internal valve design of the steering pump. A new-look front bumper and bonnet aim at improving cooling efficiency by allowing more airflow via reshaped exit ducts. The interior of the car has also seen some cosmetic changes with a redesign of the driver display. It can be configured to suit driver requirements and will provide more data for both the drivers and engineers. Page 1 of 1
